McCormick is the Performance Director for Train for Hoops. He is a coach, trainer and author. McCormick coached professionally in Sweden and Ireland, and coached and trained youth, high school and college teams and players in the United States. He has directed clinics or camps in Canada, China, Greece, Ireland, Macedonia, Morocco, South Africa and Trinidad and trained National Team players from Ireland, Nigeria, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland and United States. He possesses a Master's degree in Coaching and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (NSCA) and Performance Enhancement Specialist (NASM). He lives and trains players in Irvine, California.

This is a three-hour clinic to teach coaches how to develop better shooters. Clinic emphasizes evaluating players, developing the proper cue words and developing a workout program with instruction and drills to make shooters into makers. All coaches receive a copy of 180 Shooter and a discount on the 180 Shooter Training Program.
